• Call logs or job exports you choose to share for an audit
• Basic hosting logs (IP address, browser) kept by our web host

How we use it

• Answer inbound requests
• Do the audit or follow-on work you agreed to
• Improve our process with lessons that don't name your customers

You own your data

The shop or brand owns its call data, its exports and its score. We use them only for the agreed work, we don't sell or share them, and we return or delete them on request.

What we don't do

• Sell your customer lists
• Introduce your shop to a buyer without your written okay
• Feed your raw call recordings into public AI models without a written agreement
