Method

One week of calls in. One page out. Every row traced.

The same method runs on one shop or across a portfolio. Here's exactly what we do with the records you send.

  1. 1 · In

Use what the brand already has

A CallRail or similar call tracking export. A call or job export from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber. The phone company's call list when that's all there is.

  2. 2 · Sort

    A miss isn't one thing

We split every unbooked ring into five types: fast hang-ups that never show as missed, after-hours and weekend rings, calls answered but never booked, messages that never became a job, and bookings that never reached the schedule.

  3. 3 · Score

    Four questions per brand

Can the brand see its hang-ups? When a call is missed, does a text go out fast or does it die in voicemail? When a caller needs a person, how fast do they get one? When something's booked, does it show up where techs look?

  4. 4 · Decide

Fix it only if it's real

If missed calls already become booked jobs cleanly, we say so and walk. If the gap is real, we wire alerts and booking beside the current tools, through the approval gate.

What you get

A score sheet per brand. You keep it.

Every row traces to a call record. A first readout usually lands one to two weeks after the export is in hand, depending on file quality and how fast follow-up questions get answered.

We always
  • Work from the brand's own exports
  • Leave the field software as the record
  • Stop for a person before anything sends, spends or writes back
We never
  • Invent loss dollars or time-saved numbers
  • Ask a brand to switch software
  • Lead with "buy our answering robot"
